Without specifically asking the PM what the fees are for I can see that perhaps that amount is set aside at the beginning to be used for something like cleaning the carpets.

I came across some land for 84,000 it has 3 mobile home which pay 499.00 a month for the land they own the mobile home so they do all the maintenance and repairs all I have to do is pay the taxes and pay 250.00 a year to clean the septic tank is this a good deal or am I missing something.

Many people use cozi (check the forums there's only a thousand posts on due diligence).If you were keeping it I would stay away from a six month lease (turnover can be a hassle - vacancy, cleaning, maintenance).Good luck!
