I know all about human rights etc. but unless your only applicants are section 8 why would you not choose a non section 8 applicant.In our area of operation landlords will not normally rent to individuals on government assistance due to their reputation as being a high percentage of bad tenants.

Whether homes, offices or whatever these are structures occupied by human beings.Please please make sure you have smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms.
