I’m not an expert on how or what to qualify him for in terms of being new to the US, I’ve had several clients get mortgages. 

We are trying to decide if it is worth spending the money on an ASHI Certified Home inspection or not.

I want a specialist that's an expert, and not a jack of all trades and master of none.
