There needs to be a good reason for doing the lease/option on a longer term basis, one year or more, as opposed to a land contract or a contract for deed, or even a transfer of deed and Note and DOT.

I, and my contractor, are fairly certain the tenants overloaded it, as a glass broke and cut the drain line, then jammed and broke the agitator arm.It had to be replaced.

- demanding that we return to accomadate her.And now she wants to parade contractors through our home (which we have paid for through the end of the month) to get estimates on upgrades - and start the renovations before we go (while boxes are stacked floor to ceiling, etc., etc., etc.)It came to a head last week - and this Friday she posted our front door indicating yet ANOTHER inspection.

Its for contractors such as electricians, hvac, ect. what they do is you have a county you work in or counties, and you buy into the network and only you control those counties but if the counties are a certian size like near pittsburgh you can have as much as 3 guys in your network but if it the size of my county I have only me. and what that company does is estiblish a network a forum for everyone to post ideas, problems, situations ect. and not have to worry about some guy down the street stealing your ideas. you know who your helping and you will know if that guy knows what he is talking about.
