We're looking for cabinets, flooring, lighting, granite, etc.  

I've always wondered about this having seen many kitchen tile jobs that do not go under the cabinets.I tile under the cabinets for this reason.

As an incentive, you can add a few hundred if they are under schedule. 

Example If the kitchen cabinets are 20 years old, they will find the value of 20 yr old cabinets and pay you that amount.

I am trying to figure out how a gut rehab of an apartment can only cost $2,500 to $3,000, including a washer and dryer and Refrigerator, and stove, and dishwasher, and kitchen cabinets, and counter tops and tile floors and bathroom fixtures, and painting, and electrical, and plumbing.  

Works great if you are not doing hundreds per day.

There are hundreds of companies in a ton of different markets, just make sure you find one what works for you.Another option is partnerships.
