Another broker explained this happened to friends of his, they live in a *very* nice house in a *very* nice area, and they had people all hours of the day driving up and looking in the windows in their remote area.Now, keeping an eye on those is a good idea, I just want you to know what you're really working with here.

As far as who I would be interested in meeeting, I would love to meet real estate investors, general contractors, brokers, and anyone else in the area that may be able to help me on my way to financial independence.

I would focus on 1 area and build your team of contractors, brokers, agents and PM and become an area expert as they say.

I am very interested in investing in REITs or in online crowd-funding projects to have as a good source of cash-flows, yet I cant seem to find an online broker or crowd-funding website that allows international citizens and international banks.

If you work under Broker A but want to assist an agent who is working under Broker B, you would also be working under Broker B when assisting that agent.Not legal in Massachusetts.

The bank did not pay a broker properly and you get a lien.

Call a good insurance broker who can guide you through this.
