I have decided to get my Real Estate License to expand my knowledge on all aspects of the real estate business. 

I believe mindset is an undervalued aspect of being successful.

While I am very interested in more investing and building a portfolio, starting with one or two units allows us to get our feet wet and experience in the different aspects of land-lording How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

View of water (ocean, bay, lake, etc.) will add more value than a view of city lights but they should both provide value.I am interested in the BRRRR aspect with regard to the ADU. 

You can add a photo of yourself or your family (if you fee comfortable), branding (your logo), a testimonial, and even a credibility aspect like the BBB logo or 5Star Google rating if you have it.I hope this is helpful!

If you’re passionate about real estate but not cold calling find another way, or another aspect, or real estate.

My concern is in the renting aspect.

I am barely a month into Bigger Pockets and loving the networking aspect of it all!  

It's clear that taking things slow to understand all aspects of Real Estate investing is a hard line requirement prior to purchasing any properties/units (regardless of strategy).I view the BiggerPockets site/content/books to be a treasure trove of information that I can continue to consume, but I'm lacking the network of individuals once I'm ready to get started investing $$$. 

Understand all aspects but see which way you are being led to a niche.
