With your brother, get him to a good tax guy (many are on board here) that can also explain the long term advantages of paying something into social security, that would be more educational than a book he probably will not read.

Even worse if you have a smoke allergy like I do and specifically searched for a smoke free building.In our current multi-unit (5 floors) there was a tenant who tried to get around the no smoking building policy by leaning out their window and dropping their butts into our yard (basement apartment with a yard) for my dog and kid to crawl in.
