@ Dzmitry ZakharauThe house could look completely different if patterned after the Georgian style, which is what it kinda wants to be.I wouldn't worry about the cornice, that's not your biggest esthetic concern.

The biggest risk in buying a junior TL is that the other lien holders won't initiate foreclosure because they are just interested in collecting interest or they don't have the funds or desire to initiate foreclosure. 

The biggest reason I would recommend to start small is because you will make mistakes.
