I feel badly for the woman and I want to help her, but outside of a short sale, which I've never done, there's not much I can do.

You have no money; bad credit; no experience; and you're too lazy to work hard at a job to correct your situation.

I was just reading another post about a guy who had bad credit and wanted to quit his day job to then get started in REI - he needs to read this too.

As Mike said, although this deal on the estimations is entirley bad, it certainly is not a good one and after plugging in the actual numbers (what can be verified and not estimated), you may find it to be a poor one.

Your risk is that the team, goes bad and people stop coming to games.

And if you're exceeding your comfort level, that's not necessarily a bad thing - just don't go crazy. 4 units is an accomplishment.

Will get hit badly in the credit crunch, economy downturn, housing slump, etc. in the next 1 yr and will make this stock very CHEAP!
