(I thought 4BR might be a niche for attracting Section 8 tenants, but the Housing Authority wouldn't authorize over $1325 for one of my properties, which I recently sold for $155,000.

Only the Housing Authority has our banking information for direct deposit into our bank account, for Section 8 rent payments.We also tell our tenants "Don't be late, mail by the 28th!"

Public records is why the US doesn't have the level of corruption countries like Mexico and so many others do.Imagine if property ownership and debt information wasn't public.All kind of scams around debtTax assessors giving breaks to friendsStraight up theft of property (this happened to someone I met in Mexico - drug lord paid off officials to change record and steal his multi-million dollar beachfront villa - no public record to disprove, he's tried fighting for ten years to get it back with no luck)As you noted, LLC's don't provide any real privacy - there is no security through obscurity.

I looked up the 2 people who are on some of the mail, and couldn't find any Information ( NO Address or Phone Number's ), but yet I do have their names via their names being on some of the mail, with the EXACT Address of the Property that I'm Interested inCan someone please recommend how to Contact and or find out who to Contact, and HOW TO find the Phone Number(s) of the Person(s) who have Authority on whether or not to sell the Property, aka the Trustee(s) ?

We are working on a new construction project in South Boston which included demolishing a house and it's probably 3-5x longer waiting for approvals, meeting with city officials, getting utility/site work performed, etc than it is for the actual building of the house.
