I, as a landlord, could not get loss of use per advice from my State Farm agent, basically that option is not available as owner as far as State Farm is concerned. 

Because of this, debt will always multiply returns 📈We don't follow Dave Ramsey's advice on this topic.What are your thoughts about using debt to buy real estate?
