I have a glut of houses i get 900-/+ a month for that cost me under 30k.....if anyone doubts what im saying, go hangout at either 417 e fayette/501 e fayette....which the city permit, building inspection, etc office and district court where you can find Baltimore's finest clogging rent court every day in incredible numbers.
