Carolina Beach and Topsoil beach are a little less saturated STR-wise.I do not know as much on the Raleigh market but it is just as booming as Charlotte...if not more!

I'd imagine that any market that's booming construction costs are going to be up fairly high and if you don't have consistent business you're less likely to get the pricing you need.
