Looking at putting the title into a land trust.

Don’t blindly trust people on the internet.3 KEY POINTS:The most valuable resource on earth is not money but time.

Be cautious going into this and make sure you rent to someone that you can trust whether it be a friend or another family member.

Trust but verify.

the impoArtant document is the NOTE.. you want the original NOTE for sure.. most notes are not recorded.the mortgage or trust deed is recorded and since its of record the orginal is not necessary since you can get it from the recorder at anytime .. 

In terms of TV mounts, I recommend the previous advice about making your wishes clearly known to your tenants about you require that they coordinate the installation through your handyman or a trusted professional handyman, and they will leave the mount and all its pieces upon departure or properly patch the spots (usually requires repainting the whole wall).
