As a graphic designer and having been in marketing for numerous years, here are things I worry about:1) Finding web master that are responsible and reliable (yes, you lose control)2) Many try to save a buck and go international only to get burned3) Investors find a designer who don’t know the business so can’t provide input on set up, design, and functionalityThe Norris Group happens to use Virtual Investor Plus for our back end for our retail website and I update some of the front end stuff by myself.

They got used to spending that money, they sure as hell won't cut back.I found a house in a town 10 miles from me, typically known as a town with high taxes.Its a bank owned propery on the market for 225k, its 08 assessed value according to MLS is 343k.

Maybe I am young (25) and naive but this seems like drastic overeaction.I seriously doubt with every bone in my body we need to be stocking up on guns, ammo, food, safes...etc.It's almost laughable.I think we are heading into tough times with a depression looming but come on....Maybe I am just to sheltered in the nice rural town I am living in right now.All you guys are fairly logical and to my understanding aren't total wack jobs.

I have an abandonment clause in the lease that permits me to enter, and I also have a clause that request that they notify me if they leave town for 7 days or more to help prevent these kinds of issues from arising.
