Anyone have any feedback about the Brookdale Street area in Memphis, TN 38118?

The city requires an escrow for the tenant relocation part, which I handle all the time. :)

There is a newer roof. but most likely that was done through insurance after a big hail storm a couple years ago took out half the roofs in the city.

I am originally from suburb outside of Atlanta, but have been living in the city since starting college.
