It is common to see a MHP that also has SFRs (1-3 buildings), small multi-family (2-3 ,maybe 4 units), RV park and/or Self-Storage all on the same APN.

Do you specifically allow or not allow "outside storage"?

Collateral Storage and Loan Servicing are two different services. 

It is simply a detached garage, nothing else in it but storage. 

However, all that information is stored in a database and can be recalled in 1-2 minutes from my computer or any mobile device.

It will be my own office/storage. 

Even if it doesn't add an additional remote, it's just another device, added complexity, and something that could break. 

I'm looking at a storage facility but it is quite near the river beds and that does concern me.

But my current level of knowledge and experience makes pursuing these opportunities far too risky.I'm particularly interested in raw land, apartment buildings, storage companies and office buildings.Any suggestions you offer will be greatly appreciated!
