Limited/exclusive stock - getting a new MH park permitted in any of the counties around here now is like alchemy.

Stock market has historically given 8-9% and  you can sell it an instant without all the transaction costs. 

Most of my capital and equities are in the stock market.

We have paid our debt, we have an emergency fund, have some money invested in the stock market and crypto and now we want to start investing in real estate.Where would you invest if you had to do it from abroad?

That can include paid of rentals, other passive investments, dividend stocks etc etc.

I will be stocking up on a few more cleaning supplies to be prepared if the situation arises.

That is becoming difficult too as hedge funds and out of town investors are putting upward pressure on the distressed housing stock prices in neighborhoods worth flipping. 

@Erwin GarciaIt’s my why because REI is something I can buy under value, control the operations/tenants, improve below cost - cannot do those things in the stock market.

Covid has shown me how nothing is guaranteed, even in necessary industries like food service.I would like to diversify my investment portfolio to include more than just traditional methods like stocks and bonds.
