I would personally like to see this industry regulated a little more than just the quick tiny print disclosures.. 

Use the BP calculators and print out a nice PDF for him to see the numbers.

You should be able to print this and use as a cheat sheet. 

I forget now why we went with the version we did, but I vaguely recall something about the need to print the drawings.

And they can print a receipt ( receipt does not show the account balance and they have no access to any other ATM feature) Each card has its own # on it so I just keep track of the numbers with each tenant.

Additionally, interest rates traditionally rise with inflation.Therefore, if you believe that printing money will lead to inflation and that the Fed cannot keep interest rates low forever, then logic would say that interest rates will go up and the price of properties will rise.
