Two years later the landlord lost their case and paid the full deposit back to my friend.

I figured the additional monthly payment would be paid from the 17% and still have about half remaining.Without the loan my expenses would be about $700 a month.

When my wife & I applied individually for investment property mortgages they wouldn’t let her use funds in an account that had been paid out to me alone.

However how are you (or can you) claim the expenses paid to over seas freelancers when working with them directly and not through a 3rd party site like Upwork?

Not sure if I will use it for a large portfolio since it lacks some things that I like from other paid softwares; however, for a small portfolio it is great being free.

As an example they add up the security deposit to the rent amount and the statement says they paid it to you, but the reality is that they hold it.So yeah their spreadsheet is quite useless and you need to build your own.Airbnb UI is better in many regards but they only pay you when the guest is in and keep the money between the reservation date and checkin date.

On the report it shows $0 collected and $0 due so I don't know what they paid.
