Save money, pay less taxes, spend it on real estate and the stock market.

The only direct lender I know of that's willing to take a second position on a DSCR loan is Velocity Mortgage. https://www.velocitymortgage.com/The rates on these products are crazy though.  

I posted on Furnished Finder to try to get some weekly renters, but no luck there. 

Although you'll be leasing your home to an operator I recommend doing some research on what an operator may be able to charge. 

The town should have that already on file too for when the permit was applied for.

Even though they make less on paper. 

If that's the case, I'd save a lot of money and time and just buy one of the books available (some here  on BP).
