I spent $600 out of pocket last year on a property BP told me not to do (so technically, I was "in the hole") but it went up $7k & $4K was principal paydown...that's right, they told me to sell it...to the tune of bringing $10k to the table.If I were to sell it today, I'd be at breakeven.
