How many really hot leads could you generate for $2,000?

Hello BP,My wife and I relocated to Edmond Oklahoma about 18 months ago for the Air Force. 

It could be several different things, including the boiler not being properly vented.Are we talking steam, hot water boiler?

this could be a huge difference in price. roofs make a house more sellable not worth more... same for the hot water heater, the landscaping can also increase value!

I think people would rather smell an Air-Wik then paint. 

We have occasionally given a tenant  a window air conditioner that came from another property, and told them they're welcome to use it, but if it breaks, we will not fix it.

One thing is make sure your lights work, each light switch has a cover, any kind of porch, steps and hand rails are solid, there is hot water, grass is cut, sufficient garbage bins..I got violation for all of those..

It's a hot market next to Falcon where there are lots of new homes selling for $300,000 to $600,000.
