I suggest building up your list to 1000-1200 records and send mail once a month instead of 250-300 weekly.

Essentially all you are doing is drafting a substitution of collateral contract and a mortgage on the new collateral will get recorded.

Retain all records including emails, voicemails, contemporaneous notes you took, the MLS listing description (and print/save it before the agent can edit incriminating evidence out), contracts - everything.This is a mess.
