Anything that has an attractive price in 32206 or 32209 is either in a D class neighbhorhood and/or a property that needs significant rehab.The further you go from the center of downtown, the more likely the property is in a better class neighborhood.The exception being springfield where it is close to downtown but considered a good neighborhood.

House 1: 2000 square feet, 4 bed 2 bath.House 2: 2000 square feet 2 bed 2 bath mother inlaw suite.House 3: 2000 square feet 3 bed 2 bath mobile home on a 1.6-acre lot.Location is Royse City TX 75189I am not able to set a correct monthly rent for this property, need advice from experts.

I would like to know, if you have good success with Property Management teams in Huntsville market as my property in in C area(35810) and like to get a very good team who can find good tenants and handle the property well.Also, if you had general contractors who you had success with as well, as I am looking to do new flooring to this home. 

If you can't find someone like this, the risk is high.
