I’m fresh into real estate flipping about a year into it. 3rd project in and as I’m still learning, I get a lot of mixed reviews about material cost, and labor costs so I figured I’ll come on here and ask for some opinions.NOTE:I was told by an old-school investor that what I paid for labor was way too much.

They appear as second loans and need to be illuminated if you need to HELOC or cash out Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

With minimal investment needed and a clear path to profit, this deal perfectly aligned with our strategy of maximizing returns through efficient, targeted real estate transactions.

Also, as of 10 minutes ago, I was presented with a SF and 2 duplex on one lot, that has gross rent of about 36k for 120k,,, now THAT looks good, but will find out in about an hour,  You're a real estate consultant?

Most of us are doing this because we love real estate investing and want to help others grow with no expectations of a financial return, therefore our information is more reliable.

Small business owners that I am aware of (not real estate), who didn’t have business accounts, EIN, and such set up prior to the COVID relief funds weren’t eligible to even apply.Please let us know what you ended up doing.Also, thank you @David M. for posting that link.
