I forwarded it to the PM and they immediately got back to me and stated that they would contact the tenant, and if the tenant didn't cut the grass in time the PM's crew would take care of it.

So the company we had when we first bought it was a realty brokerage and not a PM so I told my partner we have to find a PM that knows what they are doing and will cut us a good deal.
