Any correlation you think you see is a coincidence and I bet if you actually ran the numbers there wouldn't be any correlation at all.Since Tax Assessors are bulk appraising they do not account for differences in individual properties, be it custom features or needed repairs.

A realtor spun it as a "Customer Loyalty program" and he wanted me to pay $525.00 document processing fee (Because I guess he needs to be paid twice for doing his job), and and I promptly responded.It's unethical that buyers would two time their agents by trying to skirt the commission via side negotiations, but I think it's even worse when some realtors lock clients into these programs and fail to perform.

My only guess is that since a lot of people's income is declining in value due to price inflation in daily life (utilities, food, energy), that they may travel less, and that could affect HI's economy.
