White is always more airy, and brightens up the room. that being said, most of my landlord customers stay away from light colored cabinet on their rentals.

PS: I've found that people who are so fussy that they object to popcorn probably won't make good tenants in the first place; what's next...custom paint job, new hardwood floors??

GoDaddy (or any other) .com runs approx $15/year, Zoho mail will let you use their mail for FREE with your URL so you can have you @yourdomain .com from them for no additional cost, up to 10 users... heck they even let you customize it with your own logos and offer a custom login screen mail.yourdomain.com with your logo...

I have heard the argument on both sides.

The other circumstance would be one in which a seller needs to sell within a relatively short time frame.Beyond that, there is an argument which is based on the fact that allowing the market to determine need through success or failure will ultimately lead to the best results.  

Lets take a worse case scenario-- you play hardball, the other guy finds an aggressive attorney who comes up with some argument why its an easement and you both end up in court.

Telling customers something is illegal when it's against company policy is dishonest and bad business.

I'm trying to settle a heated argument.
