I've seen a few in Columbus but not trying to relocate there since my next purchase will be a house hack.

Reinhard Ave Columbus OH 43026 between 18th and 17th street .As is cost 79k , Estimate rehab cost 110K ( with out a garage) ARV 260KOriginally this DUPLEX was going to be a flip, but I have decided to BRRRR  I need help deciding if it's worth it to build a 2 car garage with independent double doors since this property is a up and coming area, garage may be a nice if not esential feature to get quality renters.

Rose,Yesterday, I bought $165 worth of clothes and gifts at my son's volleyball tournament in Columbus, Ohio, and drove back to Washington, DC, only to realize I left everything in Columbus for some stranger to inherit.  

I know one hedge fund from CA that went into low end Detroit and I have been trying to help them best I can . but no one can help an investor when the area turns to dust..When I was investing in Columbus Ohio there was a Hedge fund from NY that dropped 20 million into the market and lost most of it.. and that was pre bubble they were terrible investors just had no clue as to the asset class and whats involved
