Bankers jobs are to make loans and if you have a successful track record they might do a loan on the property without the net worth being equal to the apt.

Typically you will only find these loans with Brokers or Bankers.

Realtors, bankers, inspectors, handy men, plumbers, etc etc.

It's been different since April.My banker is a commercial lender..The last rate I got for a refi was 5.75% for 3 years.

My first REO purchase was in Oct 2001 from Bankers Trust of CA.My agent let me know about the property before it got listed in MLS.

This, of course, assumes that they weren't duped by a criminal mortgage broker or banker recently.

I knpow too well the attitude of regulators, having been there myself as one, but there is much more to it than finding a banker paying his mortgage from interest on a securities portfolio for example.

The person is from Hong Kong and talked to their banker at HSBC, who then referred him to a banker at the HSBC USA.
