I found the new job the prospect was hired for (Provided me with a job letter stating the rate and date started as Sept 30) at the end of last month, shows that the LLC the prospect works for has been administratively dissolved a few months back.

The property was foreclosed on in November 2023.

The biggest thing I can't get over, is the new agent objections.

Sometimes the E&O insurance will not cover you or the brokerage if drafting your own, when there are promulgated ones to use. 

You will need to search for off-market deals because they are the ones that aren't that desperate to sell versus the MLS where they want the money right away mostly due to buying another house immediately.
