If it's an after add the wires are typically in the wall and can be connected at the furnace in less time then it takes to brew a cup of coffee.Another favorite is the added value and piece of mind knowing you closed your garage when you drove off in a rush on auto pilot, rather then worrying about it all day or calling a neighbor you just look at your smart device and it will show you if the garage door is open or closed.
