Anyway Ive had my head kicked in 14 different ways and am starting to master a good portion of the flipping buisness, Im now a jack of all trades.

Throughout these 10 years, I would also love to begin building my own portfolio, hopefully by starting with a partnership (let me prove what I know by analyzing  potential deals and pushing them to closure as said above), and then by heading an entire acquisition from pre-entry to exit.I'm really excited to connect and speak with you all!

I emailed an investor and the East Coast Real Estate Investors Association (no word back from any just yet) so that I can raise the funds to get the money down.

My personal experience with rentals in Hot Springs Village is that it is no problem renting in the spring, summer and fall but finding qualified renters in the winter is a bear.There are a number of REIA's, Meetups and Landlord Associations throughout the state.
