We are in Utah where the market is extremely high right now so we are considering buying somewhere else.

Right now we are in an awesome potion for HELOC as well which we will use for next deal.

My wife and I got the "flipping fever" and we are moving to Tulum, Mexico, a city with tremendous growth and great opportunities.
