What you get the money for from your lender based off your qualifications like credit and loan to value ratio, with no cost would be called "par" rate... and from there, you can either buy down to get a lower rate, or you can take a higher rate to get a credit applied to the cost of your loan by the lender.A par rate is simply the rate that you get without having to buy the rate down while also getting no lender credit.

While Fair Housing Act of 1988 is the overall law that governs housing discrimination based on health conditions, the law doesn't go into great detail on how those health conditions should be interpreted and applied, and often references back to the ADA for several things, including determining if an animal is actually a service animal in the first place.https://www.hud.gov/sites/dfiles/PA/documents/HUDAsstAnimalN...QUOTE:  "Because HUD interprets the FHA to require access for individuals who use service animals, housing providers should initially follow the analysis that DOJ has determined is used for assessing whether an animal is a service animal under the ADA."

Given the above current owner is in the red every month $350 and is asking $475,000 for the park.If I am mistaken on any of these assumptions please let me know as my comments are based on these assumptions.From what I am seeing the seller is way out of whack with their asking price.
