Having never worked with a lender before, I'm wondering how I determine which lenders are better than others?

I was wondering if rehabbing a burnout is more trouble then its worth.

I included all utilities in the rent, and collected weekly, or however they recieved their paychecks, just to keep it simple.I am wondering if any of you have tried this with single family homes that have three bedrooms or more, instead of just renting the house out.

I wonder if the pre-construction boom will be affected when prices flatten or turn....

I just moved in the MD area and was wondering are the prices of homes higher in MD or the DC area, and what are the average prices for a 3/2 single family.

This is our first and I'm wondering if this deal is too tight, just not enough cash flow.
