Here in my town there are alot of abandoned properties for cheap so i plan to buy them and open up houses for these individuals who are excited to hit a milestone of a year or more and graduate there treatment programs but they have no where to rent so, im applying for grants an learning about what i need to do to purchase these properties and to fix them up. so essentially i would say that the big goals would be to be the cash buyer but also give back as wellI love this!

It is very probable that an LLC for an active business won't need the same tax treatment as an LLC for passive investment.An LLC can also be member or manager managed, single or multi-member.

I'm hoping that the legislature here (with plenty of representatives that are NOT from super-lefty urban areas)  will be willing to consider that the downsides of allowing rent control would outweigh any benefits long term,  and there are other approaches to ease homelessness and housing availability crunch that should be considered instead (encouraging more housing construction, incentivising and underwriting riskier tenant pools instead of forcing landlords to take them; reinvestment in mental health and drug treatment programs and transitional housing, working with employers to site new job centers in underdeveloped/struggling areas, etc.)I'm certain that if the state constitution is amended Seattle will implement some kind of rent control.

Im sure they'd find more.Oddly enough I cleared my head this afternoon as this has been boiling over since I found out the final condition of the house Friday night - I sent a firm but polite text message and after a couple back and forths - he actually called me and we had what I'd consider given the situation a civil discussion - He truly is a sociopath as he was trying to play the victim and twist things into the fact we gave him all the window treatments - He attempted his bullying in the conversation as well which was shut down - The ultimatum was given to bring the stuff back to court Monday or to our attorney's office by end of business or I'd file a police report Tuesday morning.
