Hey man , we all go into auto pilot sometimes.

Very similar to what is happening in the auto industry. 

If you're shopping for a new auto or mortgage loans multiple inquiries for a given period of time are counted as one, typically 14-45 days. 

They have chosen to auto pay their rent biweekly as they are paid to prevent any issues.

The free option is also good, but we have quite a few cleaners/changes to keep track of so we find the small fee to be well worth it.Most of our cleaners get paid outside the app, though the auto-pay feature is certainly easy if you have a cleaner who prefers that option.We update our checklists once a quarter or so and it helps us to improve and standardize things as we grow. 

Also, you don't want to have to reach out to 300 customers on auto-pay to reauthorize their credit cards after you dump the management company or change the management software.

I want to get your opinion on this and wonder if the term looks normal or should I renegotiate with them with something more standard.1. the term is 1 year and auto-renew if not terminate last 60 days 2.Does the language below mean 7% of everything collective even NNN?
