But, to some borrowers, what they might make on a deal more than covers using a higher priced tool in their box than jumping through hoops with a bank or cheaper tool.

I brought a report I had built with the Bigger Pocket's tool as well as all of my other financial data and was actually approved.

Looking at the comps on Zillow (please note: I don't have knowledge of any other market research tools and I don't currently have personal access to the MLS), this house has great potential.

There is nothing wrong with having more than one tool in your investing tool belt.

It's a very cool tool that does what you ask for and more.It receives requests, coordinates repairs (very cool), reminds parties of work to be performed, follows-up with tenant, pays vendor, tracks costs, and more.
