I have always liked the idea of rehabbing and/or developing from scratch :) But I will leave that headache for another day :)So far I have thoroughly researched Charlotte, NC, and am keen to find some properties there; I have also looked at Austin and Houston, TX, and like the look of that market too.My big task at the moment is building a buyers list :)... fun and games!

To me hands on is being at the job site managing the workers and the tasks at hand.It also includes making the pruchases of the materials and items needed for teh rehab.

Probably at least 15 unique visits for me.And $1B debt is fine if the assets are worth $2B and throw off $150mm a year in NOI.
