I have been thinking about investing in real estate and finally have decided to invest in short term rental in Joshua tree after my recent trip.

I'm originally from Columbus, Ohio, and will be making frequent trips down to The A for business, and an STR (even potential MTR) makes the most sense for me.

We also took trips and had a great time with all that money we saved on mortgages and rent.I've been watching a show called "Married at First Sight", where these people get married to people they've never seen before they walk down the aisle. 

One round trip costs around 25 bucks with the vehicle I own.I have a hard money on this house costing 2200 every month + 2380 every three months in renewal costs.
