I'm new to the community as well and I can't believe how much expert advice is on this website.

Having a good website makes the path clear to success.

Does anyone have any suggestions for websites or other online resources that are good in determining rent estimates in different areas? 

I am scouring the website today but also wanted some thoughts on this.If I missed something, please point it out.

I have yet to use it but I did look over their website and I plan on trying them out.

Have you tried looking on the property card through the town/city assessor website?

@Christopher Telles  I checked out the mapping for the county the property is in using an online feature on their website.  

Apparently, the Ohio Manufactured Housing Association also responded, which I was unaware of.The link I list below leads to a website where numerous responses are summarized.http://www.gismedia.com/newsletter_august.pdf

Couldn't dig up too much on them outside a basic website and their FB page.
