There are two things you need to be aware of, health/safety & comfortability.

I'm all for the government doing whatever it takes and whatever it costs to ensure certain social and economic programs, such as universal health care for children, protecting the environment, and fighting crime.

You have to be able to steer your buyer on the path to cure those problems within the contract term and look at things like job security, establishing good credit and ensure that the required equity will exist in the future.Risks such as death, divorce, bankruptcy, job loss, health issues and whatever, still exists.

Do we need to buy it because high humidity affects our basement or do they, because it affects their belongings stored there and, potentially, their health?

In a sandwich,,,what happens if the title is still in sellers name and they declare bankruptcy(sometimes it is not always THEIR fault,,ie health etc.)

to me its a health hazard unless involved indecent *sexual* exposure. ie, an adult parking his/her car outside of an elementary school or anywhere for the matter with genitalia unclothed would likely be a sexual offense however the same person into their car at the beach parking lot caught taking off their wet trunks and slippin into dry trunks, or vice versa, or maybe even urinating in the nearby bushes isn't sexual (except to a sexually obsessed society that loves to associate natural nudity with sexuality).i notice at alot of the beaches' changing rooms around here in socal, alot/most of the guys walk around freely naked and even aroused. must be a western thing?

I am concerned about any health concerns.

People get a life health issue and it takes awhile to bounce back.So when you analyze credit you have to see what makes up the bad credit that will make them a bad tenant for you.
