Not a flashy color though of course.

That's my #1 pet peeve on houses with front loading garage doors, when people leave them white or paint them the accent color. 

Just choosing a brighter color makes it look that much better.

The rest, the quite silence, puts color to the notes...This is a blog post in the making. 

I probably went a little too smurf blue but I had to pick a color that was on the town's list of historic colors and didn't have a lot of choices.  

It needs every piece of sheetrock painted, the current colors are dark green and reds.

Screening your tenant with a fine tooth comb is the very best insurance you can have against preserving the condition of your property and your sanity.

So you've never had a little kid take those crayons and color on the walls or the floor? 

Good point Jon, I usually try to make it short, sometimes things are more involved and still only scratch the surface.I do skim long posts, those asking a question but first have to tell us how many kids they have, hobbies, favorite dinner, favorite song, color of hair and eyes, not sure if they are asking a real estate question or trying to date someone. ;)I just can't resist mentioning my old buddy from the Sunshine State;@Dion DePaoli  LOL :)
