I probably went a little too smurf blue but I had to pick a color that was on the town's list of historic colors and didn't have a lot of choices.

Good point Jon, I usually try to make it short, sometimes things are more involved and still only scratch the surface.I do skim long posts, those asking a question but first have to tell us how many kids they have, hobbies, favorite dinner, favorite song, color of hair and eyes, not sure if they are asking a real estate question or trying to date someone. ;)I just can't resist mentioning my old buddy from the Sunshine State;@Dion DePaoli  LOL :)
