On the top of the window seals there is cracking on the corners on almost every entry way.

I see it about once every 3 months and I haven't noticed any cracks or major damage.When the tenant moved in, I gave them a bottle of the cleaner (Cerama Bryte), scraper, and scrubby pads that are supposed to be used to clean the top.

I have a tiny 1 bedroom 500 sqft. condo a couple blocks north of North Park that rents for $1700.

There were couple of big settlement cracks that extended from exterior of the house to the interior under crawl space.

As many will tell you, this technique isn't really scaleable BUT it can be effective at cracking a few deals to get going ($5k-$10k per deal isn'tout of the question).

A simple cracked pane of glass or small patch of peeling paint will fail.

This is not  fake this is real.Have you ever seen in nature some tiny bird chasing a bigger bird of prey kicking its A$$ as the bigger bird tries to get away as the small little runt dives in left to right right to left picking at its head like a jet fighter?

It'll be twice as expensive but you'll have real peace of mind if this Dura-wall stuff cracks in the wrong place or something.
