Many Buyers in Vegas & Henderson believe tile roofs have a lifespan of 50 years.

I have no idea what is going on in Murrieta, but I can tell you this much about Milwaukee: we have a strong seasonal pattern and median home prices always go down between 12 and 14% from peak (usually June) to trough (Dec/Jan) - that is our normal seasonal pattern, happens every single year.

Historical patterns are the best way to predict future patterns.

If they wont fund then we are in holding pattern.. but they funded the infrastructure and they know the exit is build out.. these are SFRs at the median price point in Portland Oregon market.. so we are under jumbo loan sizes for our buyers..

As for the unit, It was fairly fixed up with a smart TV, TV in the room with Netflix, internet, fully furnished, laminate floors, baseboards, tile, light and bathroom fixtures, and new stainless appliances, but definitely not anything really unique with the layout except we tried to go for a Colorado theme, gift baskets, thank you note to guests, pictures of the mountains, etc.

If you're trying to learn the hands-on aspects of remodeling (e.g. how to tile, frame, drywall, etc.) , then work part time for a GC and soak up everything you can.

Cindy - If you're planning on remodeling the bathroom (Taking out tile, etc...) then I don't think it matters as it would come out in the demo.

If the contractors need to operate table or tile saws inside the unit during or after new work, they should enclose a specific room with plastic to contain their dust, then clean that room when they finish.
