What are the my options to limit bringing that money out of pocket for the down payment but also minimize the amount of equity given away on the project? 

One of the options that I was recommended is having one of your tenants as the manager and maintenance guy for all other properties I own.Anyone experienced with such a concept?

We recently purchased a farm with 15 acres of land and 3 houses. 

We bailed the previous owners out of foreclosure and refinanced the house.

The tenants have not taken great care of the space, would this cause a lower reasonable rent? 

Thinking of Freeport, niceville, crestview, etc.I like Freeport overall and naturally I’m looking at rentals rates vs the cost of townhomes and single family homes.

Our house is one of the larger lake homes in the area so it caters to large groups.  

The note was signed by the owner of the LLC. 

This is my first time filling up a unit and I'm out of state.
