Peter - I would start by reading a few multifamily underwriting books and watching a few underwriting videos on YouTube.

These sites typically provide extensive catalogs of floor plans designed by professional architects and designers, offering customization options to suit different budgets and project requirements.

My view is that I can get a higher return by parking that cash in real estate as opposed to having some fund manager get me marginal returns on my savings.Appreciate any thoughts or comments.
